OUR HISTORY
Avt shipping was established in 1985 to provide services in the maritime transportation sector. In its early years, avt shipping started its business by providing local transportation services with a small fleet and managed to make a name for itself in the sector in a short time with its customer-oriented approach and reliable service understanding.
In the late 1990s, our company expanded its activities by entering the field of international maritime transportation. Thanks to investments in new vessels and international connections, the company established an important transportation corridor between Asia and Europe, establishing a firm foothold in the global market. During this period, the company’s fleet was strengthened with modern container ships and bulk carriers.
In the mid-2000s, it entered the digital transformation process by investing heavily in technological innovations. Thanks to GPS-based tracking systems and advanced logistics management software, we increased operational efficiency and started to offer faster and more reliable services to our customers. During this period, we also adopted environmentally friendly practices and renewed our fleet with ships that consume less fuel.
Over the last decade, we have further expanded our global network, serving more than 100 ports around the world. In line with our commitment to environmental sustainability, we have achieved ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification and continuously improved our environmentally friendly transportation solutions. We have also invested in digital platforms to better respond to our customers’ needs, improving our service quality.
